Digitising SDLT and AP1 with a first-to-market web app for property lawyers.

A project to launch the Post Completion service, the first of a series of modules available for the newly designed tmconvey platform. Developed alongside the government API it interacts with this service registers a new home purchase with the Land Registry and ensures all relevant tax is paid. View Case Study
